Welcome to the use of “WeLine” products or services!


1.Introduction

To use the products or services of WeLine, you should read and comply with the WeLine User Agreement. Please carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions, especially those that may exempt or limit liability, as well as the jurisdiction and applicable law clauses. Terms that limit or exempt liability may be highlighted in bold or underlined to draw your attention. Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, please do not use the products or services provided by WeLine. Your use of the products or services provided by WeLine will be deemed as your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by this agreement.
If you are under 18 years of age, please read this agreement with the accompaniment of your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms related to the use by minors.

1.1.In this agreement, WeLine refers to the client (App, PC, Web, etc.) named WeLine, the website, software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) provided for third-party websites and applications, mini-programs, and other methods operated and legally owned by Shenzhen Memenet Technology Co., Ltd. and its authorized affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Memenet" or "we") that provide global services to you. This also includes all products and services provided to you through new forms of technology as they develop (collectively referred to as WeLine).

1.2.Protecting the security and privacy of users' personal information is a core principle upheld by WeLine. WeLine does not read, modify, edit, or store in the cloud any personal data uploaded or stored by users on WeLine-related devices, unless explicitly authorized by the user and with explicit access information provided.

1.3.Various measures will be taken to ensure the security of user-stored content and information, and the product experience will be continuously improved based on user usage, such as providing diverse and personalized services or enhancing the security during user interactions.
1.4.Any text, graphics, audio, video, interfaces, data, programs, code, documentation, etc., contained within WeLine are protected by intellectual property or other laws and are the property of Shenzhen Memenet Technology Co., Ltd. and its authorized affiliates. The intellectual property rights owned and enjoyed by Memenet are not transferred due to any use by any organization or individual.
1.5.All design patterns, other graphics, product and service names associated with WeLine are trademarks or logos owned by Memenet and/or its affiliated companies. No one may use, copy, or apply them for other purposes without our consent.
1.6.All content within WeLine (including but not limited to unique graphics, logos, page styles, layouts, programs, etc.) may not be reproduced, linked, modified, distributed, transmitted, copied, altered, performed, republished, or used in any other way, nor may derivative works, performances, or recordings be created from it, or used for any commercial purpose by any media or individual without prior written authorization from Memenet. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against those who do not comply with this statement or who unlawfully or maliciously use our content. We are not liable for any civil disputes, administrative penalties, or other losses arising from improper reproduction or citation of our content.
1.7.The copyright of this statement belongs to Memenet, and Memenet reserves all rights to interpret and modify this statement.

2.WeLine User Agreement

2.1.Agreement Composition: This agreement is intended to clearly outline the rights and obligations between you and us regarding the downloading, installation, launching, registration, login, and use (hereinafter collectively referred to as "use") of WeLine. In addition to the content of this agreement, you should also refer to all other agreements, privacy policies, activity terms, announcements, statements, and site notifications related to WeLine that we have released or may release in the future, and which may be revised from time to time; these, together with this agreement, constitute the entirety of the agreement between you and us and have the same legal effect.
2.2.WeLine。Review and Consent of the Agreement: Before you decide to use WeLine, please read carefully and ensure that you understand the full content of this agreement. We will highlight key or special clauses in this agreement with prominent markings or bold text, and we recommend that you pay special attention to them. If you are a minor according to the laws of your country or region, you should read and understand this agreement under the guidance of a guardian and ensure that you obtain explicit consent from your legal guardian before using WeLine.
2.3.When you use WeLine, it signifies that you have thoroughly read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement or cannot bear the related legal consequences, you should immediately stop using WeLine.
2.4.Inquiries and Feedback: If you have any questions, opinions, or suggestions regarding this agreement or any content related to WeLine, we welcome you to provide your valuable feedback through the WeLine client or our official website, or by directly sending an email to contact@weline.io to communicate with us.
2.5.Due to the rapid development of the internet industry, the terms listed in this agreement between you and us cannot comprehensively enumerate and cover all rights and obligations between you and us. The existing agreements may also not fully meet the needs of future developments. Therefore, the relevant statements, policies, rules, and agreements published on our website and within WeLine are supplementary agreements to this agreement, inseparable from this agreement, and have the same legal effect. If you use WeLine services, it is deemed that you agree to these supplementary agreements.
2.6.This agreement applies to all services we provide for your use and/or access to WeLine. We offer you services including but not limited to the following: (1) The WeLine client that we directly own or operate, including but not limited to current or future versions available on PCs, tablets, mobile phones, TVs, and other terminals; (2) Other technologies and/or services provided by WeLine, including but not limited to the WeLine website, quick apps, mini-programs, etc.

3.Products and Services

3.1.Methods of Access and Use: You can use WeLine's products and services through various methods, including but not limited to:
(1)Accessing WeLine's official website;
(2)Downloading and installing the WeLine client from application markets or websites that we have certified and authorized;
(3)Integrating our provided software development kits (SDKs) or application programming interfaces (APIs) into third-party platforms or applications.
If you obtain WeLine products or services from unofficial or unauthorized channels, we cannot ensure that they are original, unaltered versions, and there may be risks associated with their use. We are not responsible for any losses caused by the use of such unofficial versions unless specific provisions are required by law.
3.2.Version and Device Compatibility: We have optimized different versions of the WeLine application for various terminal devices. It is recommended that you ensure the selected version matches your terminal device when acquiring, downloading, and installing WeLine to guarantee the best user experience.
3.3.Authorization and Restrictions: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, but revocable license to use WeLine in accordance with this agreement, allowing you to legally use WeLine. All other rights are reserved by us unless expressly granted by this agreement. Without our explicit written permission, you are not authorized to use WeLine in any unauthorized manner, including but not limited to modifying, copying, distributing, crawling, searching, mirroring, or trading.
3.4.Updates and Changes: To enhance user experience, continuously optimize overall services, and ensure platform security and compliance, we may periodically update, revise, or alter WeLine's products or services. This includes but is not limited to software modifications, upgrades, suspensions, interruptions, or termination of services, or the introduction of new features. We may provide you with updated versions for these changes. You have the right to choose whether to update. However, if you choose not to update, certain functions of WeLine and its hardware products may not work properly or may be restricted. You still have the option to uninstall the WeLine application at your discretion.

4.WeLine Account Management

4.1.Account Registration and Login
(1)To use WeLine, you can choose to register an account using your phone number, email, or other methods recognized by WeLine (specific methods may vary depending on your country or region).
(2)We provide third-party platform authorization login functionality, provided that you have a legitimate third-party software or platform account and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
(3)The account name and password you set are the credentials for logging in and using WeLine, so please ensure the security of this information.
(4)You acknowledge that this account is a globally unified account for WeLine, which is necessary for us to provide you with global services.
4.2.Account Information and Security
(1)When applying to use WeLine, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are obligated to maintain the authenticity and validity of the information you provide. You must not impersonate others or use another person's email, phone number, or other details to register an account. We are not responsible for any account disputes or related issues arising from false registration information, failure to update information in a timely manner, or acts of impersonation. Additionally, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently block such an account based on the actual situation.
(2)When setting your nickname, avatar, signature, messages, remarks, etc., while using WeLine products or services, you must comply with the laws and regulations, public order, and social ethics of your country or region, and ensure that you do not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your nickname, avatar, signature, messages, remarks, etc., without prior notice.
(3)The account is for the user’s personal use only and must not be transferred, lent, rented, sold, or shared with others. Otherwise, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently block the account based on the actual situation. The user account is our means of identifying you, so please keep it secure. Any operations performed or instructions given using the account are considered to be made by you. You are solely responsible for any risks and losses resulting from unauthorized use, theft, or illegal use of your account or password due to your own actions.
(4)If you discover that someone else is impersonating or has stolen your user identification, account, or login name and password, or if your phone or other relevant devices are lost, please notify us immediately through effective means; you may also request that we suspend or stop the service. Since it takes reasonable time for us to act on your request, we are not responsible for any actions taken before we implement your request.
(5)You should properly safeguard your account information to prevent unauthorized access or use. If you notice any anomalies or security vulnerabilities, please notify us immediately and take appropriate protective measures.
(6)To ensure the security of your account, we may periodically or randomly verify your identity through various methods, including but not limited to requiring a verification code, SMS verification, or email verification. If you are unable or unwilling to complete the verification, we may reasonably suspect that your account is compromised or stolen, and we may suspend services to you or take further measures.
4.3.Account Transfer and Sharing
(1)The WeLine account is limited to use by the original registrant only and must not be transferred, lent, or shared with others.
(2)If we discover or have reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is not being used by the original registrant, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service.
4.4.Account and Password Security and Confidentiality: You must make every effort to maintain the security and confidentiality of your WeLine account and password. Any operations conducted using your account and password will be considered your own actions, and you will bear all legal responsibilities for such actions. This includes, but is not limited to, any legal liabilities that may arise from the content you upload, download, share, or publish on the WeLine platform. If you believe that your account or password may have been used illegally or there are other security concerns related to your account, you should notify us immediately. If you lose your account or forget your password, you can attempt to recover it following the guidelines and procedures we provide.You understand and accept that our account recovery process mainly relies on matching the account information you provide with system records for verification. We cannot guarantee that you will successfully recover your account, nor can we verify whether the claimant is the true owner of the account. Therefore, you must ensure that the information you provide during registration and use of the account is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Any losses or risks resulting from inaccurate account information or poor security management are solely your responsibility.
4.5.Use of Associated Version Services: Unless otherwise explicitly stated, you should understand that when you log in and use any associated versions or features with your WeLine account, you are simultaneously bound by this User Agreement, the associated version's user agreement, and other related legal documents. If you find any conflict or inconsistency between the associated version's user agreement or other legal documents and this User Agreement, the associated version's user agreement or other legal documents shall prevail.
4.6.We may implement coordinated management measures for WeLine and its associated versions. For example, if you are penalized for violating laws, regulations, or the terms of this agreement while using WeLine, your use of associated versions and related services may also be affected by these penalties, and vice versa.
4.7.You may apply to delete your WeLine account. If you wish to terminate your use of WeLine products or services, you can apply to delete your user identification or account following our procedures and page prompts. Please be aware and agree that, to protect your and other users' legitimate interests, we will conduct a risk review when you apply to delete your user identification or account. Your user identification or account should not have any unresolved rights or obligations, and there should be no other circumstances that could lead to disputes due to the deletion.
4.8.After your user identification or account is deleted, you will no longer be able to use WeLine products or services, and the rights and obligations of both parties will terminate (except for those that are expressly stated in this agreement as non-terminable or cannot be terminated by their nature). Additionally, the following consequences may occur:
(1)All user history and points under that account will be cleared and cannot be restored; all content, information, data, and records that you used under that account in WeLine products or services will be deleted or anonymized, except as otherwise required by laws, regulations, or relevant standards regarding information retention time or processing methods.
(2)All rights associated with the user identification or account will be invalidated.
(3)If you engaged in any improper behavior, such as breach of contract or infringement, or have unfinished contracts before deleting the user identification or account, you will still be responsible for the corresponding liabilities.
(4)Once the deletion is successful, account records, account functions, and other related aspects cannot be restored or provided.
(5)After the account is deleted, you will still be responsible for any actions taken using WeLine before the deletion.

5.Code of Conduct for Use

5.1.Please fully understand that any devices related to the use of WeLine (such as personal computers, mobile phones, and other devices connected to the internet or mobile networks) and the associated costs (such as telephone fees and internet access fees for connecting to the internet, mobile phone fees for using mobile networks) are your responsibility.
5.2.WeLine itself does not directly upload, download, copy, share, or provide content on its own, nor does it modify, edit, or interfere with the content you transmit. You fully understand and agree that all data and content you upload, store, and share, including but not limited to files, documents, and other types of materials, as well as data required for use outside the servers we provide, are under your personal decision and control. Even if such data involves cross-border transmission, these operations and decisions are entirely under your control, and you must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. As the complete controller of such data, you are solely responsible for any legal obligations and potential consequences arising from it. Please manage all your data and content on WeLine carefully and responsibly, ensuring that you do not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights and interests of third parties.
5.3.To facilitate your use of our other related services, you authorize us to transmit the information you provide or generate during the registration and use of WeLine products or services to our affiliated companies and other related service providers, or to receive the information you provide or generate during registration and use of related services from our affiliated companies and other related service providers.
5.4.You agree that during our provision of WeLine products or services, we or third-party advertisers may place commercial advertisements or any other type of commercial or non-commercial information in various ways (including but not limited to placing advertisements in any location on WeLine or within content uploaded or distributed by users). The methods and scope of such placements may change without special notice to you. You agree to receive promotional or other related commercial information sent by us to you via email or other means. We fulfill our obligations to advertisers in accordance with the law, and you should independently judge the authenticity of the advertisement information and be responsible for your judgment. Except as explicitly required by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of transactions based on such advertisement information or the content provided by the aforementioned advertisers.
5.5.We reserve the right to notify you (including but not limited to website announcements, pop-up pages, in-site messages, etc.) of modifications, replacements, or upgrades to WeLine. If you do not agree with or accept the modifications, replacements, or upgrades to WeLine, please directly refuse, stop, or cancel the use; otherwise, it will be deemed that you agree to and accept the modifications, replacements, or upgrades to WeLine, and such agreement and acceptance will still be subject to this agreement.
5.6.You understand and acknowledge that the user activity records, points, and other derivatives obtained by using the "WeLine account" do not confer ownership to you (unless otherwise specified in our announcements). We grant you permission to use them in accordance with WeLine service rules, and we do not assume any liability for compensation regarding these derivatives.
5.7.You must not use WeLine to store, transmit, share, or access any content with the following characteristics, nor engage in or participate in any activities with the following characteristics in any other way. You should also actively resist such behaviors or content:
(1)Uploading, downloading, storing, copying, publishing, transmitting, sending via email, or otherwise providing content prohibited by laws, regulations, and policies, which may include but is not limited to:
①Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution
②Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
③Harming national honor and interests;
④Inciting ethnic hatred or ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
⑤Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults or feudal superstitions;
⑥Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
⑦Disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling-related, violent, murderous, terrorist content, or inciting criminal activities;
⑧Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
⑨Endangering social morality or the fine cultural traditions of the nation;
⑩Infringing upon any third party's patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation, or any other legal rights;
⑪Containing any other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.
(2)Infringing upon others' privacy rights, trade secrets, trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, or other legal rights;
(3)Engaging in any illegal trading activities, such as the sale of firearms, drugs, controlled substances, or other prohibited items;
(4)Planning or engaging in illegal activities such as money laundering, cash-out
(5)Removing any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in WeLine;
(6)Copying or altering all or part of WeLine's content, or allowing WeLine or any part of it to be merged with or integrated into any other program;
(7)Unauthorized access or attempts to access or damage any part of WeLine or related systems or networks.
(8)Disassembling, decoding, or reverse engineering WeLine or any part of it, decompiling the executable files of WeLine, creating derivative works based on WeLine or any part of it, or attempting to engage in similar activities prohibited by applicable law;
(9)Distributing, licensing, renting, selling, reselling, transferring, publicly displaying, publicly performing, transmitting, broadcasting, disseminating, or otherwise using WeLine;
(10)Without our prior written consent, submitting or otherwise providing any part or all of WeLine's content (including objects and source code) to any person;
(11)Impersonating another person, falsely claiming or otherwise misrepresenting your relationship with any person or entity;
(12)Using WeLine (or any part of it) for illegal purposes, in any unlawful manner, or in violation of this agreement, or engaging in any fraudulent or other malicious activities, including but not limited to hacking into WeLine (or any linked website) or any operating system, or inserting malicious code, including viruses or harmful data.
(13)Infringing upon our intellectual property rights or those of any third party when accessing and/or using WeLine;
(14)Collecting information about WeLine users, using automated means to access WeLine, or attempting to inject or extract any content from the servers running WeLine through decryption;
(15)Developing, supporting, or using software, devices, scripts, or any other means or processes (including crawler software, browser plugins, or any other technology or manual operations) to scrape WeLine or otherwise copy user information and other data from WeLine;
(16)Using WeLine for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
(17)Using WeLine to engage in any illegal commercial transactions, such as the sale of arms, drugs, illegal items, pirated software, or other contraband;
(18)Providing gambling information or using any means to entice others to gamble;
(19)Soliciting others' login information or accessing another person's account;
(20)Participating in money laundering, cash-out schemes, or pyramid schemes;
(21)Violating this agreement (or any part of it), or promoting or encouraging such behavior;
(22)Using WeLine in a way that damages, disables, impairs, or jeopardizes the security of WeLine, or overloading it, interfering with other users or any other party's computer systems, hacking into or unauthorizedly accessing WeLine or its data; or
(23)Engaging in any other behavior that violates national laws, regulations, rules, and policies, or any other behavior that violates this agreement.
If the content you store or disseminate contains information or content that violates policies, laws, or regulations as mentioned above, you will bear all adverse consequences directly. If this causes any adverse effects on us, you shall be responsible for eliminating the impact and compensating us for any losses incurred as a result.
If you violate this provision and cause harm to any third party, you shall independently bear the responsibility. In severe cases, relevant state authorities or agencies may also initiate legal action, impose fines, or take other punitive measures against you, and may request our cooperation.
5.8.If we discover or receive reports or complaints from others that your behavior violates laws or this agreement, we have the right to independently determine the situation and take technical measures such as deleting, blocking, or disconnecting links. Additionally, we have the right to take actions based on the nature of your behavior, including but not limited to issuing warnings, freezing, terminating/suspending/restricting the use of your account and its functions, terminating this agreement, seeking damages, and pursuing legal responsibility.
5.9.Since we only provide you with information storage, transmission, and other technical services, we do not assume any responsibility for your behavior while using WeLine products or services. You must strictly comply with legal regulations in your use and bear any civil, administrative, criminal, or other legal liabilities directly or indirectly resulting from your information publication, storage, transmission, or other actions. If your behavior causes us any loss (including but not limited to direct losses, indirect losses, reputational damage, fines, or claims from third parties), we reserve the right to seek full compensation from you.
5.10.Regarding any information, content, or advertisements you obtain from others or third parties through the use of WeLine products or services, we are not responsible for their authenticity, accuracy, completeness, or legality, except as explicitly required by law. If any organization or individual takes any action based on the aforementioned information, content, or advertisements, you must independently verify their authenticity and cautiously prevent risks. For any reason, we do not assume any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or liabilities for any transactions or actions that do not directly involve us.

6.Security Usage Restrictions

6.1.Usage Restrictions: To ensure the integrity and stability of WeLine, you agree and confirm:
(1)Not to use, deploy, or distribute any plugins, cheats, systems, or third-party tools that may interfere with, disrupt, or modify the normal operation of WeLine.
(2)Not to use or employ any automated programs, scripts, software, or other similar tools to directly or indirectly access WeLine for the purpose of collecting, storing, processing, or transmitting any information or content, unless you have obtained our prior written permission.
6.2.Network Security Assurance: You must not engage in or assist others in engaging in any activities that may jeopardize the security of WeLine or any other computer network. Such activities include but are not limited to the following:
(1)Unauthorizedly accessing, interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt any network, system, or data, or affecting its normal functionality;
(2)Creating, distributing, selling, providing, or promoting programs, code, or tools specifically designed to infiltrate, interfere with, or disrupt networks, systems, or data;
(3)Directly or indirectly providing technical support, funding, advertising, or any other form of assistance to third parties who are known or should be known to engage in the above activities;
(4)Accessing, copying, modifying, or using another person's data, server, or account information without permission;
(5)Probing, scanning, testing, or attempting to exploit any known or unknown vulnerabilities of WeLine or related networks without explicit permission;
(6)Deliberately spreading, transmitting, or deploying malicious programs, viruses, worms, Trojans, or other harmful software;
(7)Forging, altering, or tampering with network communication data packets, header information, or any other related information;
(8)Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of WeLine;
(9)Maliciously or frequently registering WeLine accounts, or creating, selling, distributing, or using such accounts in bulk; and
(10)Engaging in any other activities that may damage, interfere with, disrupt, or pose a threat to WeLine or any other third-party networks, systems, or data.
6.3.Use of Information and Content: Unless explicitly authorized in writing by us, no user or third party may, nor may they assist or encourage others to engage in, the following activities:
(1)Using any information or content in WeLine for misleading, deceptive, or unfair competition purposes, including but not limited to promotion, advertising, publishing, or displaying;
(2)Editing, modifying, rearranging, adapting, or otherwise altering the information or content in WeLine without authorization and displaying, distributing, or publishing it on any channels, platforms, or media outside of WeLine's original pages;
(3)Using any technology, method, or means, including but not limited to scripts, code, or plugins, to interfere with, modify, hijack, redirect, insert, pop-up, or engage in any other behavior that may affect the normal use of WeLine by users;
(4)Illegally or improperly accessing, monitoring, copying, distributing, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading, or using any information or content in WeLine through methods such as link theft, redundant requests, web scraping, forged downloads, deep linking, or fake registrations;
(5)Concealing, modifying, or removing any domain names, logos, copyright notices, user information, or any other attributes or marks of WeLine when displaying or distributing information or content from WeLine;
(6)Unauthorized statistical analysis of information or content in WeLine, such as hot word statistics, hit rates, classifications, search volumes, click rates, and reading volumes;
(7)Using any information or content in WeLine for commercial sale, rental, distribution, or any form of transfer, or providing it to or allowing third parties to use it;
(8)Interfering with, disrupting, tampering with, or otherwise affecting the integrity, accuracy, or timeliness of the information or content in WeLine;
(9)Engaging in any other behavior that may violate laws, regulations, policies, or infringe upon third-party rights in the acquisition, use, processing, or dissemination of information or content in WeLine.

7.Compliance

7.1.You acknowledge and agree that when using WeLine services, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to export control and sanctions laws, regulations, rules, and policies that may originate from your country or region, or the target country or region where you intend to use WeLine. This includes but is not limited to U.S. export control regulations, sanctions regulations enforced by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), or sanctions regulations implemented by the European Union and any other international or national embargo laws.
7.2.You commit not to directly or indirectly export, re-export, transmit, or use WeLine in any manner involving countries, entities, or individuals subject to applicable export control laws or sanctions. You must also ensure that WeLine is not used in any activities related to weapons of mass destruction, missiles, chemical or biological weapons, or other restricted technologies.
7.3.If you fail to comply with the provisions of this agreement, including but not limited to export restrictions and compliance requirements, you will bear all legal liabilities and risks arising from such actions alone, including but not limited to any legal actions, fines, or penalties. We will not be liable for any of these under any circumstances.
7.4.Given the dynamic nature of global export control and sanctions laws and regulations, we may update this section from time to time. We recommend that you regularly review this agreement to ensure that your actions remain in compliance with the latest regulatory requirements.

8.User Privacy Rights

We greatly respect and protect your personal information and privacy, and have specifically drafted a dedicated Privacy Policy for this purpose. Please take the time to carefully read and understand it, so that you can make the choices you consider appropriate. 9.Use of Cookies

9.1.If you do not refuse to accept cookies, we may set or access cookies on your computer based on the necessity of the product or service. 11.User-Stored Content

11.1.User-stored content refers to any videos, audio files, software, or other forms of content, including text, images, and links, that you store in our products. You fully understand and agree that the platform we provide for you to store, share, and transmit information is solely for those purposes. The content on this platform or transmitted through it does not reflect our views or policies, and we do not assume any responsibility for it. You are responsible for independently assessing the content shared by other users on this platform and bear all risks associated with using such content, including risks arising from relying on its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. We do not assume any legal responsibility for these risks.
11.2.If any third party makes claims or if any damages or losses arise from your personal storage or dissemination of content, you bear full responsibility.
We hereby emphasize that you are responsible for any content transmitted via this service or through any other means. We only provide information storage space services for the content transmitted via this service and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the content. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for the aforementioned content, including but not limited to any inappropriate content, errors, or omissions. However, we are obligated to block the dissemination of suspected infringing content based on written notifications submitted by legitimate rights holders. The legitimate rights holders must submit written notifications that comply with legal requirements and are responsible for the truthfulness of those notifications.

12.Intellectual Property

12.1.All intellectual property rights of WeLine products and services belong to us, including but not limited to software, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, audio, video, graphics, layout designs, and electronic documents.
12.2.We provide technical support for the development and operation of WeLine and hold all rights to the data and information generated during the development and operation of WeLine within the scope permitted by law.
12.3.All trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, and other unique identifiers associated with WeLine and other WeLine brands are our intellectual property, collectively referred to as "Marks." Without our prior written authorization, you are not permitted to use, display, copy, transfer, or otherwise handle these Marks in any form, whether individually or in combination with others. In particular, you must not apply to register related trademarks or domain names, nor suggest or imply to any third party that you have the right to display, use, or handle these Marks. If your violation of this section results in any damage due to the use or misuse of the Marks, whether to us or to third parties, you will bear full legal responsibility and compensate for all losses.

13.Breach of Agreement and Handling

13.1.Determination of Breach
You will be considered in breach of this agreement under any of the following circumstances:
(1)Violating relevant legal regulations while using WeLine products or services;
(2)Violating the provisions of this agreement;
(3)To adapt to the development of the internet industry and meet the demand of numerous users for efficient and high-quality services, you understand and agree that we may establish procedures and standards for determining breaches within the rules of WeLine products or services. For example, we may determine whether you are in breach based on the relationship between your user data and the data of numerous other users; you are obligated to provide sufficient evidence and reasonable explanations for any abnormal data. Otherwise, it will be deemed a breach.
13.2.Breach Handling Measures
(1)If the content and information you publish on WeLine products or services constitutes a breach, we may immediately delete, block, or take other actions against the relevant content and information according to the applicable rules. Additionally, we may suspend your account, freeze or confiscate virtual gifts, points, or take actions such as account cancellation.
(2)If your actions while using WeLine products or services, or any other behavior that impacts WeLine products, services, or users, constitute a breach, we may impose measures such as restricting your participation in activities or suspending part or all of the WeLine products or services according to the applicable rules. If your actions constitute a fundamental breach, we may terminate your account and cease providing you with WeLine products or services.
(3)If your actions while using WeLine products or services violate relevant laws and regulations, we may report them to the relevant authorities and submit your usage records and other information as required by law. Additionally, we may publicly disclose information about your breach and any illegal activities confirmed by effective legal documents issued by national administrative or judicial authorities on WeLine. Furthermore, we may manage you under a blacklist and credit management system according to relevant national laws and regulations, providing management and services linked to credit levels. If you are added to the blacklist, we have the right to prevent you from re-registering an account and will promptly report this to the relevant authorities.
13.3.Liability for Compensation
(1)If your actions cause us and/or our affiliated companies to suffer losses (including but not limited to direct economic losses, loss of goodwill, and payments for compensation, settlement amounts, attorney fees, litigation costs, and other economic losses), you shall compensate us and/or our affiliated companies for all such losses.
(2)If your actions cause us and/or our affiliated companies to be subjected to claims by third parties, we and/or our affiliated companies may seek full reimbursement from you for any losses after fulfilling financial obligations to the third party.

14.Special Provisions for Individual Services and Third-Party Services

14.1.WeLine includes links to information or content that we have legally obtained through various means, as well as other individual services that we legally operate. These services may exist in separate sections within WeLine (e.g., the application center feature of WeLine). Additionally, WeLine may contain links to third-party content or directly integrate third-party information. Based on business development needs and user experience optimization, we reserve the right to add, reduce, or adjust the content, form, and special sections of individual services at any time. We will strive to notify users of these changes in advance, but in some cases, immediate implementation of such changes may be necessary.
14.2.You can enable and use the above-mentioned individual service features within WeLine. Some individual services may require you to accept a specific agreement or other rules that govern the relationship between you and the service provider. You can determine the service provider with whom you are contracting based on the agreement you sign when using the corresponding individual service or the information published by the corresponding service. When necessary, we will provide these agreements and rules for your review in a reasonable manner. Once you start using the above services, it will be considered that you understand and accept the relevant agreements and rules governing the individual services.
14.3.Within WeLine, certain specific services or features may be independently provided by third parties or co-provided in collaboration with us. Such services may have their own independent user agreements, privacy policies, or other binding provisions. Before choosing to use third-party services, you need to carefully understand and evaluate the associated risks, and ensure that you fully read, understand, and agree to all relevant agreements and provisions of the third-party services (if applicable). When you choose to interact with these third-party websites or applications, you need to independently judge and assess the risks involved. Any disputes, damages, or losses arising from the use of third-party services must be resolved independently between you and the third party. WeLine is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by third-party services.
14.4.It is important to note that certain third-party service providers may use the open ID associated with your account to collect and process data. The collection, storage, use, and transmission of this data are independently managed by the respective third-party service providers. We do not participate in the data processing process and do not have access to, control over, or the ability to modify such data. When you choose to use third-party services, the security of your personal information and data will be governed by the terms and policies of that third-party service provider. Please exercise caution when selecting and using such services.
14.5.If you have any questions about the agreements or provisions of third-party services, we recommend that you consult legal or other professional advisors before enabling the service. When agreements or provisions of third-party services are changed, WeLine may not directly notify you. Therefore, we suggest that you regularly review and stay informed about the relevant agreements and provisions of the third-party services you use to ensure the protection of your rights.

15.Terms for Minor Users

15.1.WeLine is primarily intended for adults. If you are considered a minor under the laws of your country or region, you should carefully read this agreement under the guidance of your guardian, and you may only use WeLine after your guardian agrees to this agreement. If you have not obtained your guardian's consent, the guardian may contact us to manage the related account, and we reserve the right to restrict the functionality of the account.
15.2.We place special emphasis on protecting the privacy and personal information of minors. If you are considered a minor under the laws of your country or region, or if you are a guardian registering and using WeLine on behalf of a minor, please carefully read our WeLine Privacy Policy. We specifically remind you to be particularly vigilant in protecting minors' personal information when filling out their details.
15.3.Guardian's Special Notice: If your ward uses WeLine, you, as the guardian, should guide and supervise the registration and usage behavior of the ward. If your ward applies to register a WeLine account, we have the right to assume that you have given your consent.

16.Disclaimer

16.1.You expressly understand and agree that WeLine products and services are provided based on the current level of technology and existing conditions, on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To more clearly define the scope of responsibility, we hereby explicitly state that we make no express or implied warranties for the following situations:
(1)WeLine products and services will fully meet the specific needs or expectations of the user, or will be provided permanently and uninterruptedly;
(2)The provision of WeLine products and services will be free from interference, timely, stable, secure, or error-free, or that they will be fully compatible with other software, services, or information in terms of functionality or performance;
(3)Any technical errors, defects, or issues in WeLine products and services will be corrected or fully resolved in a timely manner;
(4)All data used by users while using WeLine products and services will be absolutely accurate, complete, and free from any risk of loss, tampering, or leakage;
(5)Any functions or components of WeLine products and services will always be available and will not be altered, suspended, or deleted;
(6)All third-party partners or suppliers of WeLine products or services will fulfill their service commitments or guarantees;
(7)WeLine products or services will be compatible with all devices or systems and will not cause any damage or risk to those devices or systems;
(8)Any content, materials, or information within WeLine products or services will be the most up-to-date, accurate, or reliable;
(9)You should independently and responsibly assess and evaluate the risks associated with using WeLine products and services and, based on your judgment, decide whether to use, and to what extent to use, our products and services.
16.2.We are always committed to providing high-quality, stable, and secure WeLine products and services. However, due to external factors, technological complexities, and other unpredictable variables, we cannot guarantee that WeLine products and services will never be subject to any form of interference or impact. Therefore, you should understand and accept that in the following specific situations, if the service experiences interruptions, suspensions, delays, or other instabilities that cause you or third parties to incur any form of loss, we shall be exempt from liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations:
(1)Due to force majeure events, including but not limited to:
①Natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, blizzards, fires, or droughts;
②Government actions, policy adjustments, or emergency orders;
③International or domestic conflicts, wars, terrorist attacks, or civil unrest;
④Strikes, demonstrations, public health crises (such as pandemic outbreaks), or other social upheavals;
⑤Other events beyond our foresight and control.
(2)Due to technical or external factors, including but not limited to:
①Power outages, unstable power supply, or grid failures;
②Network communication failures, data transmission delays, or losses;
③Instability, interruption, or termination of third-party services;
④Malicious cyberattacks, such as hacking, virus dissemination, malware, phishing websites, etc.;
⑤Hardware failures, system crashes, or unavoidable software defects.
(3)For the long-term and stable operation of WeLine products and services, we may:
①Conduct system inspections, repairs, or maintenance;
②Update, upgrade, or optimize software;
③Replace, maintain, or upgrade hardware;
④Temporarily limit certain functions for security or performance considerations;
⑤Migrate or back up data under the premise of ensuring data security.
For the above situations, we will notify you in advance as much as possible and restore services as soon as the necessary work is completed.
16.3.Network Information Security: You should pay special attention and be vigilant regarding online information and documents that claim to be related to financial matters or involve property transactions. If you encounter any information or documents on WeLine related to loans, investments, financial management, or other possible financial transactions, or if you receive any requests to provide account passwords or are enticed to click on certain information or documents, you must remain highly alert and carefully verify their authenticity. We will not assume any legal liability for any direct or indirect losses you may suffer as a result of such information or documents, including but not limited to loss of profits, business reputation, data, or other tangible or intangible damages, unless otherwise explicitly required by applicable laws or regulations.
16.4.Reservation of Legal Judgment: The purpose of this agreement is to ensure the lawful operation of WeLine, comply with relevant national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good customs, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all users and others. We will make judgments or take measures in accordance with our understanding and abilities, following the relevant laws and regulations. However, please understand that our judgments or decisions may not fully align with those of judicial or administrative authorities. We recommend that you seek professional legal advice or directly consult relevant judicial or administrative authorities in the event of legal disputes or controversies.
16.5.Geographic Restrictions and User Responsibility: Unless explicitly stated or agreed upon in a separate written agreement, WeLine primarily serves users within the jurisdictions officially announced by us. However, we acknowledge that, due to the widespread use of technology, some users may attempt or continue to use WeLine in jurisdictions beyond those officially announced. In such cases, you should clearly recognize that such use is entirely based on your own judgment and at your own risk. If you choose to use WeLine outside the officially announced jurisdictions, you are responsible for ensuring that your use fully complies with local laws, regulations, and rules. Any legal liability and risk arising from violations of local laws are solely your responsibility.
16.6.Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon or promised by us, we do not guarantee that WeLine is legal or appropriate in jurisdictions beyond those officially announced. If you use WeLine in jurisdictions outside the officially announced areas, you acknowledge that such use is of your own volition, and you will independently ensure that your use of WeLine complies with all applicable local laws and assumes the corresponding risks and responsibilities.
16.7.Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for the following damages, regardless of the cause of such damages or whether they are foreseeable: indirect, consequential, punitive, special, incidental, or any other form of non-direct damages. To clarify further, the above damages include but are not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data or information, business interruption, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of investments or other related costs, or any other form of economic loss. The above limitations shall apply even if we were previously aware of the possibility of such damages or had been expressly advised of the potential for such damages. In any case, and regardless of the cause or method of action, unless explicitly stated otherwise by laws or regulations, our total liability to you or any third party will not exceed the total amount you have paid to us during your use of WeLine (if any).
16.8.Our infrastructure is deployed in certain countries or regions around the world, and we do not guarantee that the services we control or provide in these countries or regions are appropriate or feasible. Any user of WeLine products or services in these jurisdictions must ensure their compliance with local laws and regulations, and we shall not be held liable for any failure to do so.

17.Indemnification

17.1.Indemnification Commitment: You agree that if Memenet or its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, agents, managers, directors, employees, or consultants incur any loss, cost, expense, or other liability due to your or your account user's violation of this agreement, relevant laws and regulations, or any other applicable policies and provisions, you will be fully responsible and ensure that the aforementioned parties are held harmless from any harm.
17.2.Indemnification Scope: The losses, costs, and expenses mentioned above include, but are not limited to, reasonable attorney fees, investigation fees, litigation/arbitration costs, settlement amounts, fines, compensation payments, and any other related costs incurred as a result.
17.3.Indemnification Procedure: If Memenet or its affiliates become the subject of any third-party litigation, claims, or other legal proceedings due to your or your account user's actions, we have the right to seek indemnification from you for the aforementioned costs and to protect ourselves from harm. We have the right to notify you of such litigation, claims, or legal proceedings, and reserve the right to take legal action on our own if you fail to take appropriate measures, but this does not absolve you of your indemnification responsibilities.

18.Service Changes, Interruptions, and Terminations

18.1.You understand and agree that we may change the content of our services, and we may also interrupt, suspend, or terminate services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate all or part of the free services provided to you with prior notice and for any reason. Furthermore, you agree that if the service is changed, interrupted, suspended, or terminated, we will not be liable to you or any third party.
18.2.You are responsible for backing up the data stored on WeLine devices. If your service is terminated, we may permanently delete your account information and activity data from our servers, unless otherwise required by laws or regulations. After the service is terminated, we have no obligation to return any data to you.

19.Notifications and Agreement Amendments

19.1.Agreement Amendments and Updates:
(1)Reasons and Basis for Amendments: To ensure compliance with national laws, regulations, and policy requirements, respond to rapid changes in the technological environment, optimize product functionality, and provide better user services, we may periodically review and amend this agreement.
(2)Relation of Amendments to the Agreement: All amendments, updates, or additions, once published, will become part of this agreement.
(3)Notification and Review of Amendments: Whenever this agreement is changed, we will publish the latest version of the agreement on the WeLine client and its official website. To ensure that you remain aware of such changes, we will also notify you of the updated terms before they take effect through announcements, prompts on the WeLine client, or other appropriate means. Additionally, you can always find and review the latest terms of the agreement on the WeLine client and official website.
(4)Actions Regarding Acceptance and Objection: Continued use of WeLine will be considered as your acknowledgment and acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with any of the revised terms, you should immediately stop using the relevant WeLine services and consider discontinuing use.
19.2.Notifications
You agree that we may deliver various types of notifications to you through the following reasonable methods:
(1)Posting of notices on the weline.io website;
(2)Pop-up messages, client push notifications;
(3)Emails, SMS messages, letters, or other communications sent to the contact information you provided to WeLine;
(4)Notifications sent to you through the above methods will be deemed delivered once successfully sent; written notifications sent via physical mail will be considered delivered on the fifth calendar day after they have been mailed to the provided contact address.
(5)You must ensure that the contact information you provide is accurate and effective and that it is updated in real-time. If notifications cannot be delivered or are not delivered in a timely manner due to incorrect or outdated contact information, you will bear any legal consequences that may arise as a result.

20.Waiver of Class Action and Class Arbitration

20.1.Individual Dispute Resolution: To ensure fair and prompt dispute resolution, you and we agree that, except as explicitly provided by law, any disputes, claims, or conflicts related to this agreement, our products or services, or the relationship between you and us shall be resolved individually, not as part of a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative or group proceeding.
20.2.Waiver of Class Action and Class Arbitration Rights: You and we expressly waive the right to initiate or participate in any class action or class arbitration. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by both you and us, no one has the right to consolidate multiple persons' claims or to conduct any form of class action or class arbitration.
20.3.Understanding and Acceptance: Before accepting this agreement, you have fully read, understood, and agreed to the terms of waiving class action and class arbitration, and have independently considered the consequences of these terms.

21.Applicable Law, Jurisdiction, and Other Provisions

21.1.The formation, validity, interpretation, amendment, supplementation, termination, enforcement, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (for the purposes of this agreement, excluding the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macau Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan) (excluding conflict of laws).
21.2.Any disputes arising from your use of WeLine products or services or related to WeLine products or services shall be resolved through negotiation between you and us. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction in the location where "Shenzhen Memenet Technology Co., Ltd." is located.
21.3.If any provision of this agreement is deemed void, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be considered severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement.

22.Miscellaneous

22.1.We retain the final right of interpretation for this agreement.
22.2.The headings of all clauses in this agreement are for reading convenience only and have no actual meaning, and shall not be used to interpret the meaning of this agreement.
